The movie is the Telugu remake of SS Rajamouli’s Maryada Ramanna. Dileep, play the lead character Raman,an employee in a rice mill in Pune. He has a bicycle on which he carries the rice to be processed to the mill. Later he decides to buy an auto rickshaw and reaches his village to borrow money from his mother for the same. But once he reaches his village he is shocked to find a gang of people waiting there to kill him.The rest of the event forms the crux of the plot.
